About the Role
You will own delivery integrity across the product portfolio, ensuring meaningful dates, coordinated dependencies, and early escalation when plans diverge from commitments. You will run regulatory review pipelines, audit remediation programs, and cross-entity initiatives. You will maintain portfolio capacity visibility, lead execution reviews, establish escalation paths, and build the technical program management function.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management
- 3+ years leading technical program management teams or functions
- Experience delivering programs in a regulated financial environment
- Experience with examiner deadlines audit findings SOX-adjacent controls or material-weakness remediation
- Technical fluency with platform engineering architecture estimates and sequencing
- Experience with M&A integration legal-entity restructuring or large multi-party partner migrations
- Ability to operate through influence across split reporting lines
- Strong writing and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Own predictable delivery across the product portfolio
- Coordinate cross-team and cross-entity programs end to end
- Run regulatory review pipelines and audit remediation programs
- Maintain a single source of truth for dependencies capacity and delivery risks
- Run the product execution review cadence
- Establish blocker escalation paths with service-level agreements
- Build and lead the technical program management function
