About the Role
You will own the execution framework for a data foundations program. You will unblock teams, manage cross-product dependencies, mitigate risks, drive organizational change, coordinate legacy system deprecation, and maintain dashboards, RAID logs, blueprints, and roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience leading complex technical programs or platform migrations
- Functional understanding of Data Mesh Data Contracts lineage tracking and metadata cataloging
- Strong change management and communication skills
- Ability to align product and engineering teams
- Capability to synthesize dependencies and trade-offs
- Experience establishing telemetry RAID logs and program dashboards
- Strong analytical skills
