About the Role

You will coordinate a company-wide transformation programme across multiple workstreams. You will manage governance controls, maintain integrated milestones and risks, prepare executive reporting, coordinate initiative owners, track expenditure and benefits, support at-risk initiatives, monitor change adoption, and coordinate project management resources.

Requirements

• Experience managing large complex multi-workstream programmes
• Experience across technology operating model and organisational change is desirable
• Ability to work in Agile and traditional delivery environments
• Track record delivering programmes on time and within budget
• Experience with benefits realisation
• PRINCE2 APM MSP or equivalent certification
• Experience in technology transformation risk and governance
• Experience in a regulated or fast-paced global organisation
• Ability to influence and hold senior and C-level stakeholders accountable
• Strong analytical capability across budgets forecasts savings and business cases
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication
• Highly organised and hands-on approach

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate transformation activity across workstreams
• Sequence initiatives and track progress
• Own programme governance controls
• Manage steering group cadence decision logs RAID logs and reporting standards
• Maintain integrated milestones dependencies risks and expected benefits
• Prepare reporting for the Transformation Director Steering Group and ExCo
• Manage relationships with initiative owners and workstream leads
• Track transformation expenditure and forecast benefits
• Validate realised savings
• Challenge weak plans forecasts or status reports
• Provide hands-on support to at-risk initiatives
• Track adoption and behavioural change
• Coordinate project managers and workstream support resources
