About the Role
You will manage innovation and acceleration projects from end to end while maintaining timelines budgets quality standards and organisational goals. You will apply design thinking lean startup and agile methods mentor junior colleagues build stakeholder relationships resolve delivery challenges manage risks track performance and represent the organisation at industry events.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex innovation projects or programmes
- Understanding of innovation delivery in technology or digital settings
- Practical knowledge of design thinking lean startup or agile approaches
- Strong relationship-building mentoring and collaboration skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- SFIA competencies in business situation analysis innovation management knowledge management requirements definition and management and stakeholder relationship management
- Adaptability proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement
- Successfully complete BPSS clearance before starting employment
Responsibilities
- Manage allocated innovation and acceleration projects end to end
- Apply design thinking lean startup and agile methodologies
- Mentor and support junior colleagues
- Build relationships with government industry academia and startups
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and collaboration
- Resolve delivery challenges and mitigate project risks
- Track performance metrics and provide reports
- Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences
