About the Role
You will coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and track milestones risks dependencies and resources. You will engage stakeholders to refine requirements prepare project artefacts facilitate working sessions and translate business needs into specifications. You will also support governance and act as a liaison between business and technology teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination business analysis or business management
- Experience in financial services fintech or a regulated industry
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes with minimal supervision
- Understanding of finance operations or trading workflows
- Strong written verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Jira Confluence MS Project Smartsheet or equivalent tools
- Project management certification is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with ITIL or COBIT is preferred
- Exposure to digital assets blockchain or exchange operations is preferred
- Experience with technology implementations integrations or platform enhancements is preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project delivery across workstreams
- Track milestones and escalate risks
- Refine business requirements with stakeholders and product managers
- Prepare status reports RAID logs decision registers and communications
- Facilitate working sessions stand-ups and steering committees
- Map current-state processes and define to-be workflows
- Track dependencies resource constraints and competing priorities
- Develop project management frameworks templates and governance practices
- Liaise between business and technology teams
