About the Role
You will lead complex programs across technology operations compliance and product. You will establish governance define scope prioritize deliverables manage dependencies and mitigate risks. You will facilitate collaboration develop plans and roadmaps embed delivery practices and report clearly on program status risks and outcomes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of program or project management experience
- Track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing large-scale technology and operational integrations in a post-M&A context
- Experience with workstream coordination system consolidation and cross-entity alignment
- Hands-on delivery and problem-solving experience
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to operate at strategic and execution levels
- Experience providing structure in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Background in cryptocurrency digital assets securities or tokenisation is preferred
- Experience in regulated financial services is preferred
- Familiarity with exchange platforms trading infrastructure or fintech is preferred
- PMP PgMP or equivalent certification is valued
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for complex multi-workstream programs
- Establish program governance frameworks and milestone tracking
- Define scope and prioritize deliverables with senior stakeholders
- Manage dependencies and mitigate delivery risks
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering product legal compliance and operations
- Develop project plans resource allocation models and delivery roadmaps
- Embed program and project management best practices
- Report program status risks and outcomes to senior leadership
