About the Role
You will lead complex infrastructure projects from initiation through production deployment while managing multiple projects concurrently. You will coordinate data center, hardware, network, security, and IT service work; maintain accurate bills of materials; align engineers, stakeholders, vendors, procurement, and provisioning teams; manage change windows; anticipate risks; and communicate clearly through delivery challenges.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience in technology or infrastructure environments
- Track record leading engineering teams through complex technical delivery
- Hands on grounding in data center operations compute storage network engineering network security systems administration and enterprise platforms
- Ability to engage engineers credibly review bills of materials and challenge estimates
- Ability to own outcomes and work with minimal oversight
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to navigate organizational and technical complexity
- Ability to drive urgently while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Eagerness to experiment with AI tools and methods
- Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow is helpful but not required
- Experience in the trading or capital markets industry is strongly preferred
- Experience with infrastructure buildouts data center migrations networking technology and hardware
- Use of integrated AI toolsets for project management
- PMP certification
Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure projects across data centers hardware networks security and foundational IT services
- Drive concurrent projects through completion
- Own project coordination visibility risk scope and timeline
- Maintain accurate bills of materials
- Partner with procurement and provisioning teams to source hardware and circuits
- Translate ambiguous technical work into structured plans
- Align engineering teams stakeholders and vendors
- Surface conflicts and drive resolution
- Coordinate production change windows including off hours and weekends
- Anticipate risks and escalate appropriately
- Communicate project status candidly
- Deliver exchange security data protection trading desk and modernization initiatives
