About the Role
You will coordinate project execution across multiple workstreams, track milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources, and keep initiatives moving forward. You will refine requirements, document processes and workflows, prepare project artefacts, facilitate meetings, support governance, and connect business needs with technology delivery.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination business analysis or a COO office or business management function within financial services fintech or a regulated industry.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity fill requirements gaps and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of finance operations or trading workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
- Pragmatic problem-solving and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Jira Confluence or similar project management and collaboration tools.
- Intellectual curiosity about systems platforms and technology.
- Project management certifications such as CAPM PMP PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile/Scrum are desirable.
- Familiarity with ITIL or COBIT frameworks is desirable.
- Prior exposure to digital assets blockchain or exchange operations is desirable.
- Experience with system implementations integrations or platform enhancements is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Track milestones and escalate risks early.
- Engage stakeholders to refine business requirements and identify gaps.
- Prepare status reports RAID logs decision registers and stakeholder communications.
- Facilitate working sessions stand-ups and steering committees.
- Map current-state processes and define to-be workflows.
- Translate business needs into clear technology specifications.
- Track dependencies resource constraints and competing priorities.
- Develop project management frameworks templates and governance practices.
- Liaise between business and technology teams.
