About the Role
You will lead software and product development programs from launch through completion, own partner integration roadmaps, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, manage dependencies and blockers, maintain program documentation, measure performance against OKRs, and establish reusable program management processes and tools. You will also support multiple partners across the Stellar ecosystem and travel as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing software development programs in the financial services industry
- Experience in a blockchain startup or small-company environment
- Comfort discussing APIs integration flows and system dependencies
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency concepts or ability to learn complex technical domains quickly
- Experience with Jira Airtable Asana Confluence and Google Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
- Willingness to travel as needed mostly to the Americas and Europe
- Enthusiasm for working in a startup environment with ambiguity and multiple responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage software and product development activities from launch to completion
- Own partner integration roadmaps and partner success
- Host and drive meetings with technical and business stakeholders
- Identify and manage technical dependencies and blockers
- Maintain milestone plans schedules risks and meeting notes
- Measure program performance against company and team OKRs
- Define program frameworks templates tools and best practices
