About the Role
You will support technology-enabled solutions from discovery through launch and post-launch improvement. You will document workflows, gather requirements, coordinate engineers and business stakeholders, manage dependencies, support testing and readiness activities, track risks, help prepare training materials, monitor adoption, and turn user feedback into enhancement recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis project management technology delivery consulting or operations
- Experience translating operational needs into structured requirements and executable deliverables
- Ability to analyze workflows identify gaps and dependencies and develop practical recommendations
- Working knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps Jira Confluence Airtable SharePoint or comparable tools
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts is preferred
- Experience deploying technology solutions into live business environments is preferred
- Exposure to automation workflow tooling or operational reporting is preferred
- Knowledge of investment operations client onboarding post-trade or asset management workflows is preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate business deep dives and workshops
- Document current-state and future-state process maps
- Capture pain points manual effort and risk areas
- Contribute to business requirements documents and data dictionary requirements
- Own defined workstreams through testing launch and stabilization
- Coordinate stakeholders deliverables dependencies and timelines
- Support user acceptance testing and production readiness
- Track risks issues and open decisions and escalate them promptly
- Support rollout planning business readiness training and communications
- Monitor adoption and user feedback
- Maintain project and process documentation
- Contribute to reporting delivery metrics status updates playbooks and deployment standards
