About the Role

You will lead multiple enterprise implementation projects from planning through rollout. You will configure workforce management solutions, review configurations, support testing and data loads, deliver customer training, facilitate workshops, manage expectations, and help customers adopt the platform successfully. You will also maintain product expertise, support consulting standards, identify enhancements, and apply compliance and labor law knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing software, configuring workforce management solutions, and/or working in Customer Success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer focus and ability to build credible relationships
  • Polished English communication and presentation skills
  • Organization, negotiation, diplomacy, and sound judgment
  • 7+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Workforce management planning experience in a retail environment preferred
  • Experience mentoring and training software implementation consultants preferred

Responsibilities

  • Promote and evolve the implementation methodology
  • Manage multiple concurrent enterprise implementation projects
  • Lead all implementation project phases
  • Configure Legion products according to solution blueprints
  • Provide configuration reviews and knowledge transfers
  • Assist with software testing, data loads, and system initialization
  • Deliver live customer training
  • Lead customer discussions and workshops
  • Maintain configuration documents, tools, and methodologies
  • Manage customer expectations throughout implementation
  • Coordinate implementation timelines and support SLAs
  • Advocate for customer needs and product improvements
  • Apply compliance and labor law knowledge
  • Develop consulting best practices and training strategies
  • Support the consulting Center of Excellence
  • Prevent scope creep
  • Use project management tools to manage configuration tasks
  • Maintain expertise in core Legion modules
  • Communicate upcoming product releases to customers
  • Identify, report, and prioritize bugs and enhancements
