About the Role

You will lead end-to-end change management for workplace projects, including office openings, expansions, tool launches, and process changes. You will assess impacts and readiness, create change plans and communications, engage stakeholders, support training, manage resistance, and report adoption results.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, human resources, or project management
Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority
Active listening and empathetic communication skills
Experience leading change management for workplace or real-estate projects
Experience working on a workplace team with cross-functional partners
Written and verbal communication skills
Experience in fast-scaling or high-growth technology companies
Experience partnering with executive-level sponsors on enterprise-wide initiatives

Responsibilities

Conduct change-impact assessments across people, processes, and systems
Develop change-management strategies, plans, and timelines
Evaluate organizational readiness and identify adoption gaps
Align leaders and managers as visible change sponsors
Engage stakeholders across teams and organizational levels
Create and deliver multi-channel change communications
Design and deliver targeted training programs
Identify adoption risks and coach managers through resistance
Partner with project leads and stakeholders across the business
Track adoption metrics and report initiative impact
Travel domestically and internationally to global offices
