About the Role
You will lead complex technology transformation programs from planning through execution. You will redesign processes and workflows, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, track dependencies and risks, support resource planning, develop program metrics, and prepare leadership updates.
Requirements
- 7+ years of program or project management or strategy and operations experience in a technology-focused environment
- Experience working with software engineering or product teams
- Knowledge of SDLC concepts and Agile practices
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools
- Program and project management skills
- Process engineering and workflow strategy experience
- Technology transformation experience
- Financial planning and budget management experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Media and entertainment industry experience
Responsibilities
- Lead technology transformation programs
- Lead cross-functional technology programs from planning through execution
- Track cross-team dependencies and escalate risks or blockers
- Coordinate communications for major technology initiatives
- Coordinate implementation activities with stakeholders and vendors
- Support resource planning and capacity forecasting
- Prepare materials for portfolio reviews and leadership updates
- Assess, map, and redesign business processes and workflows
- Develop current-state and future-state process models
- Support initiative intake, prioritization, and tracking
- Develop program KPIs and dashboards
- Contribute to continuous process improvement
