About the Role
You will manage multiple innovation programmes and accelerators while balancing priorities and meeting milestones. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams apply innovation methodologies manage risks and dependencies engage industry academic and government partners mentor junior staff and communicate programme progress and impact.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex innovation R&D or accelerator programmes
- Knowledge of deep tech digital transformation digital twins or ecosystem building
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience engaging senior partners across industry academia and the public sector
- Experience driving adoption or business growth outcomes
- Experience managing programme risks and milestones
- Ability to coordinate teams without formal line-management authority
- Experience maintaining programme documentation and information management practices
- Degree-level education in technology management innovation business strategy or a related discipline preferred
- SFIA-aligned skills in business situation analysis innovation management knowledge management requirements management and stakeholder relationship management
- Adaptability resilience collaboration and delivery focus
- Successful completion of BPSS clearance
Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent innovation programmes and accelerators
- Apply design thinking lean startup and agile methodologies
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Engage industry academic and government partners
- Monitor and resolve programme risks dependencies and actions
- Escalate issues and maintain programme governance
- Mentor junior staff
- Represent the organisation externally
- Report programme progress challenges and impact
