About the Role
You will bring delivery discipline to security and compliance workstreams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage Jira boards and backlogs, maintain Confluence documentation, align sprint delivery with program milestones, remove impediments, coach teams, report delivery metrics, and coordinate dependencies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
- Hands-on expertise with Jira, Confluence, and Rovo
- Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and ceremonies
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience partnering with Technical Project or Program Managers or similar delivery functions
- Ability to track and communicate delivery metrics and risks
- Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience supporting security or compliance domains preferred
- Familiarity with IT service management or GRC tooling preferred
- Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe preferred
- Atlassian Certified Professional preferred
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Own Jira boards, backlogs, epics, and sprints
- Maintain team documentation in Confluence
- Align sprint delivery with program timelines, milestones, and portfolio reporting
- Identify, escalate, and remove impediments
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles
- Track and report velocity, burndown, cycle time, and throughput metrics
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and support backlog grooming
