About the Role

You will lead Ripple’s post-quantum cryptography migration program from cryptographic asset inventory through risk prioritization and execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, develop technical decision-making frameworks, manage testing and release dependencies, communicate program status and risks to leadership, and build dashboards tracking migration progress and readiness.

Requirements

10+ years of program management experience in sophisticated enterprise technology environments
Understanding of cryptographic fundamentals including asymmetric ciphers, symmetric ciphers, hashing, and digital signatures
Experience using data and analytics to assess project and system trends
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, build consensus, influence without authority, negotiate, and work in a matrixed environment
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Proficiency in Google Sheets
Experience crafting or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling
Experience in payments, custody, stablecoin, and/or blockchain ecosystems

Responsibilities

Drive Ripple’s post-quantum cryptography program from cryptographic asset inventory through migration execution
Establish and own a cross-organizational post-quantum cryptography working group
Align vendors and partners on compatible post-quantum cryptography roadmaps
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and obstacles
Communicate program status, risks, and progress to engineering leadership and executive sponsors
Maintain the program dashboard reviewed monthly by executives
Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making
Improve Operational Excellence processes across the organization
Align program managers, product managers, and engineering managers across multiple partners
Coordinate testing and release dependencies across engineering teams
Build migration-progress, risk-register, and readiness dashboards
