About the Role

You will lead Ripple’s post-quantum cryptography migration program from cryptographic asset inventory through risk prioritization and execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners, develop technical decision-making frameworks, manage testing and release dependencies, communicate program status and risks to leadership, and build dashboards tracking migration progress and readiness.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program management experience in sophisticated enterprise technology environments
  • Understanding of cryptographic fundamentals including asymmetric ciphers, symmetric ciphers, hashing, and digital signatures
  • Experience using data and analytics to assess project and system trends
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, build consensus, influence without authority, negotiate, and work in a matrixed environment
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Experience crafting or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling
  • Experience in payments, custody, stablecoin, and/or blockchain ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Drive Ripple’s post-quantum cryptography program from cryptographic asset inventory through migration execution
  • Establish and own a cross-organizational post-quantum cryptography working group
  • Align vendors and partners on compatible post-quantum cryptography roadmaps
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and obstacles
  • Communicate program status, risks, and progress to engineering leadership and executive sponsors
  • Maintain the program dashboard reviewed monthly by executives
  • Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making
  • Improve Operational Excellence processes across the organization
  • Align program managers, product managers, and engineering managers across multiple partners
  • Coordinate testing and release dependencies across engineering teams
  • Build migration-progress, risk-register, and readiness dashboards
