About the Role
You will manage enterprise launches using brokerage APIs for equities crypto options and other products. You will coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to scope integrations plan timelines resolve issues and align resources. You will facilitate partner check-ins track deliverables risks and dependencies and help partners complete KYC AML and regulatory requirements. You will document processes improve onboarding frameworks communicate partner needs to technical teams and create resources for partners and internal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience
- Strong process analysis design and documentation skills
- Strong verbal and written English and Chinese communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work with customers around the world
- Familiarity with fintech financial markets and investing applications
- Experience with Slack JIRA Confluence Basecamp and Google Workspace
- Sales and customer success background
- Training and enablement experience
- Brokerage and stocks experience
- Crypto experience
- Familiarity with Metabase
- Experience with REST WebSockets and Server-Sent Events
- Experience with enterprise software implementations
- Experience with JIRA and API logging tools
- Familiarity with Postman and curl
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise brokerage API launches end to end
- Scope and plan integration timelines with external stakeholders
- Coordinate internal business development engineering legal compliance operations and customer success teams
- Facilitate weekly partner check-ins and track action items
- Report project status risks and dependencies
- Guide partners through KYC AML and regulatory disclosures
- Document processes and improve onboarding frameworks
- Provide leadership with partner context updates blockers and solutions
- Track product development timelines and coordinate feature rollouts
- Communicate partner feature requests to technical teams
- Support customer success with integration guidance
- Create internal and external partner resources
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support enterprise software implementations
