About the Role

You will build and manage programmes that deliver manufacturing test solutions for new product introduction. You will connect silicon, board, system, laboratory, and characterisation activities; define plans; manage dependencies; coordinate design-for-excellence reviews; align technical teams and partners; identify risks; and improve test, laboratory, and characterisation processes.

Requirements

• Strong project and programme management experience in hardware-centred cross-functional delivery
• Ability to tailor waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or other project methods
• Experience aligning distributed technical teams around scope, ownership, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
• Experience managing complex dependencies across engineering, operations, and manufacturing
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tools
• Experience in semiconductors, electronics manufacturing, manufacturing test, laboratory work, or silicon characterisation programmes
