About the Role
You will lead end-to-end delivery for AI cloud infrastructure and platform software projects, including data center builds, GPU deployments, network rollouts, software development, feature launches, and regional expansions. You will coordinate engineering, operations, vendors, and leadership while managing plans, budgets, risks, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of project management experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or cloud platform software delivery
- Experience delivering complex infrastructure and cloud platform software projects
- Understanding of compute, networking, storage, and data center facilities
- Understanding of multi-tenant control planes, Kubernetes, microservices, API design, CI/CD, and software release management
- Experience managing cross-regional or global projects
- Project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
- Experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI cloud infrastructure and platform software initiatives
- Coordinate control plane, tenant management, billing, quota, API, portal, scheduling, and observability modules through release
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers
- Coordinate compute, network, storage, software engineering, data center operations, and vendor teams
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships
- Run steering committees, planning sessions, weekly meetings, milestone reviews, and executive reporting
- Align infrastructure and software delivery timelines for regional launches
- Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers
- Define project management standards, templates, and processes
- Track delivery, schedule, budget, sprint, and resource KPIs
- Support capacity planning and demand forecasting
- Lead post-project reviews and lessons-learned processes
