About the Role
You will lead and coordinate cloud software releases from planning through post-release review. You will manage timelines, release readiness, cross-functional alignment, compliance artifacts, defect triage, and stakeholder communications while designing and deploying AI agents and automation that improve release efficiency, consistency, and speed.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of release management experience
- Hands-on ability to build and deploy AI agents
- Experience managing SaaS, PaaS, or cloud-native release processes
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience managing multiple releases and deadlines
- Familiarity with Jira or Confluence
- CI/CD experience with Argo, Jenkins, or Playwright
- Knowledge of SOC 2 or ISO 27001
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end release timelines
- Coordinate product, engineering, QA, support, and operations teams
- Track release checkpoints and Definition of Done reviews
- Facilitate go/no-go meetings
- Report release status to stakeholders and executives
- Build and deploy AI agents for release activities
- Automate release readiness workflows
- Integrate AI agents with CI/CD and release tooling
- Manage deployment tickets and approvals
- Ensure release compliance and security requirements
- Lead customer defect triage meetings
- Monitor post-release metrics and customer feedback
- Maintain compliance artifacts and support audits
