About Lido
Lido is a self-custodial liquid staking protocol governed by the Lido DAO that provides liquidity for staked assets. Users who stake with Lido receive stTokens (like stETH) that represent their staked position plus accrued rewards. These tokens can be used throughout DeFi while still earning staking rewards. Lido also features a decentralized validator set and security through distributed node operators chosen by the DAO.

About the Role
You will own a portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will structure strategic workstreams, manage timelines, align stakeholders, unblock dependencies, support organizational changes, optimize workflows, and lead AI and automation projects within operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and delivering multiple diverse cross-functional projects from conception to completion
- Exceptional organizational and execution skills
- Senior-level communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Practical awareness of current AI tools
- Foundational understanding of AI agents and business operations applications
- Experience in international, fast-paced technology environments
- Background or strong interest in cryptocurrency or Web3
- Experience scaling OKR methodology is beneficial
- Exposure to change management frameworks is beneficial
