About the Role
You will lead complex strategic initiatives from planning through execution, coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders, manage dependencies and risks, establish program governance, maintain plans and dashboards, support customer implementations, and build automated AI reporting frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of dedicated program management experience
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience delivering large-scale programs from initiation through execution
- Experience managing concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and risks
- Product development lifecycle and agile methodology knowledge
- Experience working with Product, Technology, Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams
- Stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience establishing governance and improving delivery processes
- Experience with remote or globally distributed teams
- Mastery of Jira and the Atlassian product suite
- Knowledge of trading products, tokenization, digital asset lifecycle, wallets, custody, settlements, liquidity, fiat on/off-ramp, identity, compliance integrations, and APIs
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives
- Manage multiple workstreams and align stakeholders across functions
- Own program governance, dependency management, and risk mitigation
- Drive strategic internal initiatives
- Support customer implementation programs
- Coordinate with the Implementation Manager on client delivery
- Provide cross-functional coordination and visibility
- Build and maintain program plans, milestones, and reporting dashboards
- Build automated AI reporting and program management frameworks
