About the Role
You will manage complex technical and operational rollouts from planning through delivery, work with customer and partner teams, guide customers on suitable solutions, coordinate stakeholders, verify configurations, establish handover and support processes, and improve internal operations.
Requirements
- Have at least 4 years of experience setting up complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Have customer-facing experience and influence business decisions
- Have excellent project management skills
- Lead detailed time-sensitive initiatives with minimal supervision
- Work effectively with global and multicultural teams
- Be fluent or business proficient in French and English
- Additional European language proficiency is a plus
- Be willing to travel domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Manage project lifecycles from start to finish
- Coordinate customer project and technical teams
- Work with technical integration partners
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Guide customers on suitable product solutions
- Verify technical configurations
- Establish scalable business-as-usual and support processes
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives
