About the Role
You will lead growth initiatives from problem definition through launch and post-launch optimization. You will coordinate Product Engineering Commercial Partnerships Legal Risk and regional stakeholders, define requirements and controls, manage plans and dependencies, escalate risks, coordinate testing and readiness, and create scalable processes documentation and playbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management product operations payments fintech risk compliance or a similar cross-functional role
- Understanding of payments infrastructure payment methods network rules or merchant payment flows
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams on systems workflows or controls
- Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities
- Strong organizational planning execution and risk management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous fast-paced environments
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience with scalable solutions automation and operational efficiency
- Fluency in English and Japanese
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs for new products markets payment methods partner integrations and network programs
- Drive initiatives from requirements gathering through launch monitoring and optimization
- Define business requirements operational models controls and system enhancements
- Align stakeholders on launch readiness sequencing ownership and dependencies
- Maintain program plans decision logs milestones and governance routines
- Escalate blockers risks and unresolved issues with recommendations
- Coordinate testing readiness launches and post-launch reviews
- Create documentation training materials and scalable operating processes
- Track metrics issues and outcomes against business value and control expectations
