About the Role
You will own predictable product delivery across the portfolio, coordinate cross team and cross entity programs, manage regulatory and audit related delivery, and escalate risks early. You will maintain dependency and capacity visibility, run product execution reviews, establish blocker escalation paths, and build the technical program management function.
Requirements
- Bring 8 or more years of technical program management experience
- Bring 3 or more years leading technical program management teams or functions
- Have delivery leadership experience in a regulated financial environment
- Understand examiner deadlines audit findings SOX adjacent controls and material weakness remediation
- Demonstrate technical credibility with platform engineering
- Have experience with M&A integration legal entity restructuring or large partner migrations
- Operate effectively through influence across reporting lines
- Use writing and dependency maps as primary operating artifacts
- Crypto or digital asset experience is a plus
