Requirements

  • Experience. 5–10 years in B2B GTM, revenue operations, or growth — with a strong track record of building outbound from scratch at a high-growth tech company
  • Clay Expertise (Hard Requirement). Hands-on Clay power user. You've built multi-source enrichment waterfalls, AI-personalized sequences, and trigger-based workflows — not managed someone else who did
  • Tool Stack Expertise. Deep fluency in the modern outbound stack: Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, Apollo or ZoomInfo, HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • AI-First Mindset (Hard Requirement). Strong AI-first orientation — you use AI to write, enrich, personalize, and optimize at every layer of the outbound motion
  • Fintech Fluency. Background in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure strongly preferred — you understand the buyer, the language, and the competitive landscape
  • Writing Quality. Exceptional written communication — you write outbound copy that gets replies, not spam filters.
  • Systems Thinking. Analytical and systems-oriented — you think in workflows, test hypotheses, and optimize based on data
  • IC Orientation. Thrives as a senior IC — you're energized by owning a domain end-to-end and have no desire to climb into management

Responsibilities

  • Permanent Ownership. Design and build outbound engine from zero and own it permanently as a senior IC
  • Agentic by Design. Build and operate AI native workflows that scale pipeline generation without scaling headcount
  • AI Native Execution. Own AI powered enrichment and AI personalized outreach at scale across email and LinkedIn
  • Signal Intelligence. Build signal based trigger workflows such as YC batch launches, competitor job postings, funding rounds, treasury hiring signals
  • ICP and Targeting. Define and continuously refine ICP across target segments such as fintechs embedded finance platforms regional banks
  • GTM Partnership. Collaborate with the CBO on messaging strategy positioning and launch campaigns tied to the USD API
  • Pipeline Ownership. Own pipeline metrics end to end including outreach volume reply rates meetings booked pipeline generated
