About the Role

You will lead a globally distributed SDR team, qualify pipeline through outbound and inbound motions, develop SDR talent, build prospecting playbooks, manage tooling and processes, define KPIs, forecast pipeline, and align SDR execution with regional sales and marketing priorities.

  • Define ICP and TAM targeting
  • Own the global SDR playbook
  • Manage the SDR tool stack strategy
  • Optimize team efficiency processes
  • Define and report team KPIs
  • Conduct Win/Loss analysis
  • Forecast lead pipeline and revenue contribution
  • Represent the SDR team in go-to-market planning
