About the Role
Work with strategic customers to understand AI needs, identify use cases, design integrations, guide implementation, build demonstrations, own major projects, and lead a regional engineering team.
Requirements
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Ability to hire, develop, and manage technical teams
- Basic Python proficiency
- Understanding of API integration
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude with voice and audio AI models
- Ability to align technical strategy with business objectives
- Understanding of deal structures and go-to-market motions
- Experience developing partner ecosystems preferred
Responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand audio and voice AI needs
- Build and lead a regional forward deployed engineering team
- Identify use cases and implement voice and audio AI solutions
- Design and architect bespoke customer integrations
- Guide customers on implementing voice and audio AI models
- Present results and proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives
- Incorporate field insights into software products and AI models
- Build and deliver product demonstrations
- Scope applications in new industries
- Own end-to-end execution of major strategic projects
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams
