About the Role
You will lead executive vision sessions, business-value discovery, stakeholder alignment, and use-case scoping for strategic enterprise accounts. You will guide operational readiness and deployment planning, support pilots and business cases, advise on deal strategy, and create repeatable customer-engagement playbooks.
Requirements
- AI agent expertise, including technology limitations and competitive landscape
- Contact center domain expertise
- Executive communication and storytelling skills
- Product and technical fluency
- Experience with integration tradeoffs, deployment architecture, and model behavior
- Experience leading complex enterprise engagements with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
- Ability to work in an individual contributor role
- Comfort with regular customer travel
Responsibilities
- Lead executive-level AI vision sessions
- Lead business value discovery, stakeholder alignment, and use-case scoping
- Guide operational readiness, change management, and deployment planning
- Support pilot and assessment design, goal-setting, and executive readouts
- Facilitate customer business-case development
- Advise on pricing strategy and non-standard deal structures
- Own positioning and sale of professional services
- Build repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and executive assets
- Represent the organization at external events
