About the Role
You will own the full M&A lifecycle and lead fundraise processes end-to-end. You will develop investment theses, source and evaluate acquisition targets, run diligence, build financial models and valuation frameworks, negotiate and close deals, and manage investor materials and data rooms. You will maintain investor relationships, translate market signals into actionable recommendations, scale venture investment activity, support portfolio companies, and build repeatable sourcing, evaluation, and integration processes. You will work cross-functionally, act with extreme ownership, and ensure smooth execution from sourcing through post-close integration.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of executing M&A or investment transactions
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong valuation skills
- Proven ability to own fundraising processes end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfort operating as an individual contributor in fast-moving environments
- Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, or fintech (preferred)
- Experience with deal structuring and negotiation
- 7+ years of work experience
Responsibilities
- Own the M&A process end-to-end
- Develop investment and M&A theses
- Source, evaluate, and execute acquisitions
- Lead cross-functional diligence and integration planning
- Build and maintain a live pipeline of targets
- Conduct operating performance analysis and market diligence
- Prepare investment memos and financial models
- Own fundraising process and investor relations
- Prepare investor materials and manage data rooms
- Maintain ongoing relationships with current and prospective investors
- Source and recommend early stage venture investments
- Plan programs and events for the founder community
- Establish repeatable processes and templates for deal sourcing and evaluation
