About the Role

You will negotiate and manage high volumes of pre M&A contracts while communicating directly with counterparties and sophisticated investment fund and asset manager clients. You will maintain client playbooks review junior lawyers’ and paralegals’ work and help improve AI backed legal technology tools and workflows.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8 or more years of post law school corporate or transactional experience
  • Independent experience negotiating NDAs confidentiality agreements NRLs joinders and engagement letters
  • Experience with asset managers investment banks or other financial services firms
  • Law degree
  • License to practice law in the United States or Canada
  • Comfort with legal technology such as AI tools and HighQ

Responsibilities
