About the Role

You will manage a global trademark portfolio and oversee external counsel on registrations and enforcement. You will advise on marketing campaigns sponsorships advertising and market entry across jurisdictions. You will draft review and negotiate commercial agreements and create playbooks templates and guidance for routine legal questions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7 to 10 or more years of post-qualification experience
• Experience advising on marketing advertising or brand matters
• Hands-on experience with trademark registrations brand protection and external counsel management
• Strong background drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Sound judgment on when to handle issues directly or escalate them
• Comfort working with data and marketing performance context
• Clear practical communication skills for advising non-lawyers

Responsibilities

• Manage the global IP portfolio including trademarks branding graphics and creative assets
• Oversee external counsel on registrations enforcement and market entry questions
• Advise on marketing campaigns content sponsorships and advertising across jurisdictions
• Draft review and negotiate sponsorship advertising media vendor and revenue agreements
• Partner with regulatory product and internal stakeholders to identify and route legal issues
• Build playbooks templates and guidance for routine legal questions
• Support brand protection actions against infringement and misuse of trademarks
