About the Role
Support the Legal team with commercial contracting matters and occasional corporate and operational legal work, including negotiating and managing agreements, maintaining contract records, coordinating legal assignments, supporting templates and playbooks, advising cross-functional teams, assisting with corporate and IP filings, and participating in diligence, litigation, and compliance projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a contract manager
- Experience supporting GTM or Sales organizations with complex legal requests
- Strong understanding of contract management and corporate governance
- Experience supporting international entities and global teams
- Proficiency with CLM tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, and DocuSign or similar systems
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
Responsibilities
- Negotiate, review, manage, and track customer and vendor agreements
- Maintain contract records and reporting through CLM systems and DocuSign
- Administer the Legal team's ticketing system through Ironclad
- Support contract negotiations and update templates and playbooks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review
- Support evaluation, implementation, and use of new tools and products
- Assist with corporate and IP filings
- Participate in corporate diligence, litigation matters, and compliance rollouts
