About the Role
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, support stakeholders and vendors, manage legal records across entities and jurisdictions, and develop legal processes, training programs, guidelines, and playbooks. Assist with special projects and help manage legal and regulatory risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Law degree or substantial law firm or in-house paralegal or legal analyst experience.
- Ability to develop and implement legal processes, policies, and playbooks.
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience with cross-border commercial agreements.
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial judgment.
- Written and oral English communication skills.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms such as Ironclad.
- Experience with e-signature tools such as DocuSign.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, marketing services agreements, and amendments.
- Negotiate and execute contracts with business stakeholders and vendors.
- Apply or design standard operating procedures.
- Manage legal and regulatory risk.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and legal documents.
- Develop legal processes, training programs, internal guidelines, and playbooks.
- Assist with special projects.
