About the Role

You will draft, review, and revise Chinese and English contracts and legal documents. You will handle potential disputes and litigation matters, provide legal and compliance advice, research virtual-asset and financial regulations, and help establish and improve internal compliance systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in law or a related field
  • Good Chinese and English reading and writing skills
  • At least one year of experience at a law firm or in corporate legal or compliance work
  • Experience in financial services, virtual assets, or financial technology is preferred
  • Logical analysis skills
  • Communication skills
  • Interest in the virtual-asset industry
  • Motivation to learn

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise Chinese and English contracts and legal documents
  • Handle potential disputes, litigation matters, and related legal responses
  • Provide legal consultation and compliance advice to internal departments
  • Research developments in domestic and international virtual-asset and financial regulations
  • Help establish and improve internal compliance systems and processes
  • Handle other projects assigned by the supervisor
