About the Role
You act as a primary legal anchor for digital assets, technology products, and corporate-commercial matters. You draft and negotiate contracts, advise on regulatory and product issues, manage platform policies, oversee litigation, and support intellectual property portfolio management.
Requirements
- LL.B or LL.M
- 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience practicing corporate-commercial law
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Understanding of technology frameworks
- Understanding of web3 and digital assets
- Understanding of data privacy regulations
- Communication with non-legal business teams
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements
- Review and standardize MSAs, SOWs, and technology licensing contracts
- Provide legal and regulatory opinions on products and changes
- Conduct regulatory feasibility assessments for new features
- Draft and maintain platform terms, user agreements, and privacy policies
- Ensure application compliance flows are legally sound
- Manage active litigation matters
- Coordinate with outside counsel and legal advisors
- Prepare pleadings and written submissions
- Assess trademark, patent, and copyright matters
- Coordinate intellectual property filings and enforcement actions
