About the Role
You will own new-logo, expansion, and renewal customer lifecycles. You will lead discovery, design workflow architectures, and build solutions live with customers. You will plan target accounts with BDRs, manage commercial proposals and review cycles, and guide early implementation, adoption, expansion, and renewal planning with Outcomes Architects.
