About the Role
You will draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer and other commercial agreements. You will partner with Sales and GTM teams to support deals, improve contract templates and playbooks, identify legal risks, and advise on AI governance, safety, research, and technology-related legal developments.
Requirements
- JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- At least 3–5 years of legal experience
- Experience with commercial contracts, SaaS agreements, or technology transactions
- Ability to translate legal concepts for non-lawyer audiences
- Knowledge of AI technology and AI policy
- Experience with multi-stakeholder agreements involving technical and policy considerations
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and enterprise customer agreements
- Partner with Sales and GTM teams to support deal velocity
- Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and legal processes
- Support AI governance initiatives with Policy, Safeguards, and Research teams
- Identify and escalate legal risks
- Stay current on legal developments affecting AI technologies
