About the Role
You will own senior customer relationships and act as the primary escalation point for a client portfolio. You will oversee platform-service delivery, lead operational and executive reviews, manage change programmes, and develop account plans. You will identify growth opportunities, manage risks and audits, and ensure customer commitments meet agreed standards.
Requirements
- Experience in client leadership, account management, relationship management or strategic customer-facing roles
- Financial services, wealth management, platform or fintech experience
- Senior stakeholder and executive relationship management
- Commercial acumen and experience delivering revenue outcomes
- Experience leading complex technology, operational or business change initiatives
- Stakeholder management
- Understanding of platform, investment administration, custody, wealth management or superannuation services
- Risk management
- Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship owner and escalation point for a portfolio of customers
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of platform services against agreed service standards
- Lead operational, strategic and executive customer reviews
- Manage technology and business change programmes against agreed milestones, budgets and quality standards
- Partner with technology, operations, delivery, risk, compliance and legal teams
- Develop and maintain account plans aligned to customer objectives
- Drive enhancement, service revenue, cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Monitor customer risks, service issues and regulatory obligations
- Manage customer audits, reviews and reporting requirements
