About the Role

You will support the SVP of People by managing calendars, meetings, travel, logistics, expenses, and strategic priorities. You will lead part of the Executive Assistant function through one-to-ones, performance management, career development, collaboration, and operational improvement.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Executive Assistant or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years managing a high-performing administrative team
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Stakeholder relationship-management experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the SVP of People’s schedule, calendar, meetings, and commitments
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and supporting documentation
  • Oversee travel arrangements, accommodations, logistics, schedules, and expense reconciliation
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that improve executive productivity and effectiveness
  • Partner with department leads on strategic planning and priority management
  • Manage Executive Assistant operations, one-to-ones, performance management, and career development
  • Promote collaboration, communication, and efficiency across the broader Executive Assistant function
  • Identify process improvements and proactively support leadership productivity
  • Coordinate special projects, team events, and community-building activities
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders confidentially
