About the Role

You will lead day-to-day automation and production operations at a customer site. You will own operating plans and financial commitments, assess performance, resolve operational issues, maintain safety and quality compliance, report results, develop site staff, and strengthen customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
At least 7 years of functional management and direct supervisory experience
At least 5 years of direct operations leadership experience
Logistics, material management, inventory control, or manufacturing-operations experience
Operational metrics and performance-management knowledge
Process-improvement and change-management ability
Budget preparation and financial-management experience

Responsibilities

Oversee daily automation operations and production management
Assess performance, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
Own the site operating plan and customer financial commitments
Monitor and report operational performance
Maintain quality standards and resolve customer issues
Lead, mentor, and develop site operations staff
Champion safety, quality, and operational discipline
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO protocols, and company policies
Coach and train team members
