About the Role
You will run an integration shift and own crew safety, quality, and output as modules are fitted out. You will lead assemblers and technicians, execute the daily plan, address misses, and ensure work instructions, torque specifications, and 5S standards are followed.
Requirements
- Experience supervising assembly or integration crews building complex products
- Ability to manage a shift to takt and communicate disruptions
- Knowledge of production safety practices
- Ability to coach employees and document performance matters
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly
- Experience with startup ramps
- Lean daily management
- English

Responsibilities
- Run an integration shift with ownership of crew, safety, quality, and output
- Lead assemblers and technicians through assignments, coaching, and accountability
- Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with their causes
- Enforce work instructions, torque specifications, and 5S standards
