About the Role
You will run a fabrication shift and take ownership of crew safety, quality, and output. You will lead operators and welders through assignments and coaching, execute the daily plan, address misses, and enforce work instructions, lockout-tagout, and 5S standards.
Requirements
- Experience supervising fabrication or welding crews in production
- Ability to manage a shift to takt and communicate disruptions
- Knowledge of production safety practices
- Ability to coach employees and document performance matters
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Knowledge of steel and structural fabrication
- Experience with startup ramps
- Lean daily management
- English
