About the Role
You will organize customers' business and manufacturing challenges, analyze factory operations, and develop smart-factory concepts. You will prioritize production, logistics, and automation initiatives, create roadmaps, define KPIs and investment returns, present proposals to executives, and drive delivery through design, installation, and launch.
Requirements
- Practical experience in production engineering, process design, production planning, or factory planning in manufacturing
- Fundamental knowledge of production lines, processes, equipment, and factory improvement
- Experience advancing work with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Experience organizing issues and communicating them through documents or presentations
Responsibilities
- Organize customer business and manufacturing challenges
- Analyze factories, production, and internal logistics
- Develop future-state factory and smart-factory concepts
- Prioritize production, logistics, and automation initiatives and create roadmaps
- Define KPIs and assess return on investment
- Present proposals to executive stakeholders
- Coordinate with technical, sales, and project stakeholders
- Drive projects through design, installation, and launch
