About the Role
You will lead strategy and deals advisory workstreams from problem definition through client-ready recommendations. You will conduct market, financial, operating, and transaction analyses; support transformation engagements; manage junior staff; and contribute to client presentations and workshops.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or corporate strategy experience
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Quantitative and financial analysis
- PowerPoint narrative development
- Experience managing workstreams or junior consultants
- Senior client stakeholder engagement
- Industry exposure or demonstrated interest in media, entertainment, technology, advertising, marketing, sports, or private equity
- Written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Own project workstreams from problem definition through client-ready deliverables
- Conduct market and competitive assessments, opportunity sizing, business case development, and financial analyses
- Support corporate transformation engagements
- Execute commercial diligence, market studies, synergy assessments, and value-creation planning
- Manage and coach junior team members
- Coordinate research, modeling, client interviews, and deliverable production
- Engage client counterparts and contribute to executive presentations and workshops
