About the Role
You will run construction operations across concurrent gigawatt-scale sites. You will manage schedules, costs, quality, and safety; establish operating rhythms with contractors and crews; standardize construction practices; and feed constructability lessons into design and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Experience running construction operations across multiple large industrial or mission-critical projects
- Experience holding general contractors to demanding schedules
- Ability to critically assess Primavera P6 schedules
- Experience converting field lessons into standards
- Ability to make decisions using incomplete information
- Ability to travel 75% to active sites
Responsibilities
- Run construction operations across multiple concurrent gigawatt-scale sites
- Manage schedules, costs, quality, and safety
- Set operating rhythms among general contractors, self-perform crews, and internal stakeholders
- Surface blockers before they affect the critical path
- Standardize construction playbooks across sites
- Drive constructability feedback into design and manufacturing
