About the Role
You will lead operational reliability, availability, safety, maintenance, vendor performance, and readiness across critical facilities. You will manage incident response and root-cause analysis, standardize operating procedures, align vendor contracts and service levels, develop high-performing teams, and guide operational readiness for new builds.
Requirements
- 12 to 15 or more years in mission-critical facilities or data center operations
- Experience managing multi-site, vendor-heavy environments
- Expertise in electrical and mechanical systems
- Track record of improving uptime and performance
Responsibilities
- Drive a no-downtime operating model across facilities
- Own uptime performance, incident response, and root-cause analysis
- Manage vendor operations, reviews, and accountability
- Align service-level agreements, incentives, ownership, and response responsibilities
- Build and enforce safety procedures
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- Standardize SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs
- Build and lead high-performing operational teams
- Ensure operational readiness for new builds and influence site strategy
