About the Role
You will manage the daily assembly-floor workflow, safety, output, and production team. You will own throughput, yield, quality, and completion metrics; reduce defects and rework; lead root-cause investigations; train technicians; and implement process improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years directly supervising production or manufacturing teams in a hands-on, on-floor capacity
- Track record of meeting production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Working fluency in production planning, quality systems, and safety practices
- Availability to work on-site in Hayward or San Carlos on a day or swing shift
Responsibilities
- Meet daily and weekly build targets while maintaining safety and quality
- Lead, train, and develop the production team
- Track throughput, yield, first-pass quality, and on-time completion
- Reduce defects and rework through root-cause problem solving and process control
- Own floor-safety compliance and escalate issues early
- Lead meaningful process improvements
