About the Role
You will work directly with both founders to scope, plan, and deliver high-priority projects across customer pilots, field deployments, internal tooling, and process automation. You will coordinate engineering, commercial, operations, customers, partners, and suppliers; manage parallel workstreams; report progress; and prepare materials for investors, grant programmes, and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- 1–3 years of project management experience in a high-demand, delivery-focused environment.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into plans and deliver under time pressure.
- Business-fluent German.
- Ability to build software scripts, prototypes, and automations using AI coding tools, with Python and SQL knowledge.
- Valid category B driving licence and willingness to drive to customer sites, transport equipment, and move machines and hardware.
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, with willingness to work on-site around heavy machinery.
Responsibilities
- Scope and run high-priority projects end to end across customer pilots, field deployments, internal tooling, and process automation.
- Align engineering, commercial, operations, customers, partners, and suppliers around shared plans.
- Manage multiple complex workstreams and adapt delivery as priorities change.
- Prepare materials for investors, grant programmes, and customers.
- Support both founders on the most critical weekly priorities.
