About the Role

You will lead service integration for institutional client relationships and oversee service-delivery leaders and consultants. You will drive client retention, project execution, relationship-risk mitigation, associate development, compliance oversight, and process improvements. You will serve as an escalation point and represent relationship-management leadership with clients.

Requirements

  • College degree
  • Institutional client management and growth experience
  • At least five years of management experience
  • Complete Series 7, 24, and 63 exams within 120 days of hire
  • Negotiation skills
  • Executive-level influence skills
  • Consultative sales skills
  • Presentation, meeting-management, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead service integration for institutional client relationships
  • Oversee Service Delivery Leaders and Integrated Service Consultants
  • Drive client retention, loyalty, project execution, and relationship-risk mitigation
  • Develop associates, evaluate performance, plan compensation, and hire staff
  • Coach and mentor direct reports and service team members
  • Build a talent pipeline through feeder-organization relationships
  • Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations
  • Support client business-plan and strategy development
  • Act as a client advocate and escalation point
  • Drive margin improvement and process efficiencies
